131 Wolves JV Preseason

What aged players are eligible for this program?

Example: This is primarily designed for high school Freshmen through Seniors, however eighth grade students are eligible if they are developmentally ready to compete at this level.

What time of the year does this program run?

Example: Preseason runs during the months of September and October.

Where are practices and games typically held?

Example: Practices will be held at multiple locations depending on availability of ice, however primary locations are Big Rapids and Cadillac. Games may be a combination of tournaments and/or individual games, and will primarily occur on weekends.

When are practices and how often are they?

Example: Practices will typically be held twice weekly and may vary depending on when ice is available.

How many games will they play? What days of the week?

Example: Preseason teams typically play 7-10 games, however the exact number can vary depending on the availability of other teams.

Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?

Example: Returning players with 131 Wolves jerseys will wear their own jerseys. All other players will be allowed to borrow a jersey for preseason play.

What costs beyond registration fees should be expected?

Example: Preseason ice fees are $295

All players must be registered with USA Hockey as well.
